Snap 2.0
Production scheduling and crew management for Monstrum Digital.
Snap 2.0 is a private application operated by Monstrum Computers (Pty) Ltd, trading as Monstrum Digital, for authorised staff and crew.
Snap helps our team manage production jobs, crew availability, pencil bookings, confirmed assignments, timesheets and crew earnings. The application is available on macOS and iPhone, with access determined by each user’s role.
Optional Google Calendar connection
Authorised users can connect Google Calendar to view their Snap bookings alongside their other schedules.
With your permission, Snap creates and manages a dedicated calendar in your Google account:
Snap Crew Schedule contains your own crew assignments.
Snap Company Schedule contains the company’s crew assignments and is connected by an authorised administrator.
Snap creates, updates and removes booking events in these calendars as assignments change. Calendar synchronisation continues while the Snap app is closed.
Snap uses your Google account email address to identify the connection. It does not read your Gmail messages or unrelated calendar events.
Synchronisation runs from Snap to Google Calendar. Changes made in Google Calendar do not change bookings in Snap.
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. You can disconnect it in Snap Settings or revoke access through your Google Account.
